Stackers charged for next day delivery, the package arrived a day late. I could live with that, but I think the company should be more honest and clear that they don't actually offer that service. Then, the wrong layer in my jewellry box was sent. I was given an EVRI courier service slip and with crashing predictability, despite me staying in all day, the EVRI courier stuck an incomprehensible note through the door and I couldn't reach customer services. I feel like I'm going to be investing a lot of time and energy into sorting out a problem that was not my fault, and I don't get the impression the company really care.

Purchased several things from Stackers over a period of time. Everything arrives beautifully packaged with tissue around the product. Colours are softly muted & all are well made so will last a long time. It’s lovely to have good organisation for jewellery, purses etc.

DO NOT BUY!!!!! Horrendous customer service and Delivery service they use…DPD DPD allocated a time slot , I waited in for them to then message me that my parcel had been taken back to the hub 6 miles away as I wasn’t in… complete lie as I waited in , no notification they had called or visited from my ring doorbell , DPD was useless when I called them, Stackers even worse no interest in solving the problem I asked for refund , 2 week wait … absolutely shameful of this company will not be buying from then ever again.

Terrible customer service, AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! I received a faulty item, I have been trying to contact them 4 times and no answer. I spent more than a 100 pounds on a box and still came in a bad condition. They don't answer any email and there is not a chat support that can help you!
