Hoping my problem get sorted soon. I ordered seperate boxes as the set was out of stock, however when it arrived the 3 boxes were slightly different colours despite me ordering the same colour. I have contacted stackers and have returned the items for a replacement. Sent the items 48 hr tracked 10 days ago and heard nothing since.

From order to receipt I had a quick delivery and item was just as described

The lid arrived damaged with a knife slash and multiple dents and marks. Obviously it was a returned item but did they really not see this? I should have checked reviews beforehand as other people seem to have had the similar experiences. Request exchange and eventually I got the label, so I posted it out quickly. Tracking said it was delivered but it turned out it then had to be forwarded somewhere else which adds extra time for return. No information on this on the website. Now they have had my return but I’m still waiting for the replacement to be dispatched. I chased multiple times asking when this will be done but each time they just say ‘we will get the replacement checked and sent out’. Yes of course you will be sending the replacement, I have been asking when? They almost refuse to give this information and now they are ignoring my emails. They still have my money and I have been without the item waiting for so long. I really wish I had bought this from a more trusted retailer like John Lewis. The item seems nice and sturdy but I DO NOT recommend buying directly from them because their quality control and customer service is non existent.
