One of my three pieces came broken, and it has yet to be addressed by the company in spite of multiple contacts.

I ordered a triple lavender jewellery box as a present. Generally quality was good but I was very disappointed that the interior top layer was a different shade from the interior of the other 2 layers. I probably should have complained but then the present would have been late. Should be checks in place to ensure this doesn't happen. It's not good enough given the cost of the product.

Courier attempted to deliver my order twice and then sent it back to stackers. After that, I contacted the company and they asked me whether I wanted them to send it again to me and I said yes. Since then they are neither replying to my messages nor I have received my order. Awful.

Brilliant service as always and quick delivery

The ordering process was simple, the boxes arrived speedily and were beautifully packaged. I bought two stackers to add to those I had already. Because I have had them for some time the new ones were a slightly different shade but by stacking them alternately they still look ok.

Lovely case, but zip not of the quality I'd expect for the premium price.

Bought this for my partner for her birthday and she absolutely loves it. Now everything is neat and tidy plus easy to find whatever she wants, rather than be jumbled here and there in different drawers around the bedroom!
