My very old stackers jewellery box was in need of replacement so delighted to have found one to match the decor of our newly painted bedroom. I purchased a 3 tier plus an additional bangle tray to complete to my needs. Also purchased the wallet to hold my air pods and cable. I am pleased with it all. On delivery day a text was sent during the night which I didn’t see. Our doorbell rang at just after 7am but by the time I got downstairs the driver had gone. I then had to wait for a QR code to pick it up from my not so local post office. So the delivery wasn’t a highlight of the purchase.

Disappointed that after placing my order on Tuesday I receive an email 2 days later saying an item isn’t in stock. I asked for a refund on that item however I was still charged for my full order. It’s almost been a week & I still don’t have my order or any update when I might receive it. Expected better service. They should refund without having to contact customer service!

I ordered pebble grey as I have a layer in that colour already. Unfortunately the colours are different even though they both state 'pebble grey', different colour lining too

Extra jewellery trays fit perfectly with the Stackers I already own. To the touch the two new layers feel more textured but not noticeable to the eye. Very happy thank you.

The quality of the back pack and travel jewellery box was great. Items packed safe and securely and delivered quickly. Got items as price was good due to being in sale. No complaints would order again
