jewellery box

I ordered the jewellery box for my niece for Christmas - it's going to Grand Cayman in the Caribbean. It was so well packaged that I haven't opened it .... that will happen on Christmas Day 2023. Hopefully she will love it.

Great customer service…

I bought one of their new jewellery boxes just recently and was delighted when it came. However, once I’d unpacked it, I was so disappointed to find the both sides of the covering had split. I sent customer services an e-mail and they replied the following day, telling me that they’d send me another one and apologising profusely. I got the new box which was perfect and I love it! Customer services really can’t be faulted. Really excellent service.

Incredible Customer Service

I bought a rucksack for work in 2021, absolutely loved it until the zips started breaking earlier this year. When they finally gave out, I messaged the team at stackers to see if there was anything they could do as I LOVED my bag and used it for work and didn’t want to pay for another bag (as they’re not cheap). They replied with a link to return the bag and they sent out a replacement brand new bag the following day! I was so shocked at how quickly, professional, and generous the team were. I couldn’t recommend them more as the bags are incredible and the team were so so helpful.

Customer service is non existent - they do not response to any issues

I have ordered around £500 worth of storage items over the last month and the customer service is non existent. Some of the products are lovely but they send out shoddy goods which should never pass quality control. These items are not cheap and I have had no response to 4 emails now. I ordered a large make up container and the top is creased and looks awful. Of the two storage drawers with acrylic lids, one lid is fine, they other is badly scratched and in appalling condition. I cannot understand why they send out items in this condition - oh yes I can - they do not respond to your emails, making it impossible to complain and request they rectify the damaged goods they send. I realise I can return them but the items I ordered are for wardrobe storage and are very large and heavy so I cannot get them to the post office. I will not be ordering again.

Lovely products but improve returns system and delivery charges.

Lovely products even if slightly expensive,however no exchange of products if you decide on a different size etc. ie bought a large wash bag and decided a small one would be better for my needs.To do this I had to return the large bag and was charged £4.00 to do it,I then ordered the small size and was charged another delivery fee.The refund for my original product took around 2 weeks to process and I had to chase.I did get a prompt reply to my email by a friendly customer service member of staff.I will continue to purchase from this company but they do need to look at better ways of managing refunds/exchanges and not charging for returns if you are purchasing another product.
