Brought in the black Friday sale and yes I did make a saying for what I wanted. Its a Christmas present for my daughter. It was beautifully wrapped and no sign of any damaged or any marks. They will both look beautiful on her dressing table

Beautiful jewellery box. I love that you can add to it and customise to your needs. Parcel arrived in great time and beautifully packaged.

The product is lovely and as expected but the box it's packed in shows signs of been previously opened, slightly dirty marks and stickers on top of stickers. As it's a gift I'm disappointed with this as it definitely looks like a return hasn't been checked properly before being sent out.

Beautiful watch box and jewellery layer in navy blue and grey, bought for my partner for Christmas. Really pleased with the quality of both items and I like that they can be used together or on their own because the watch box has a clear lid. The items arrived separately but quickly.

No email to say the order had been dispatched. When I placed the order I was advised it would take longer as it was being personalised. Found email advising delivery times after those times, as only a few hours notice. I was away for the weekend, got home to find the parcel left on doorstep in the pouring rain all weekend, the box collapsed as I picked it up. Although it appears the water has not damaged the items, I am worried now if the quality of the jewellery box will be affected given then was no waterproof packaging to protect it. Disappointing.
