Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. Maddie was really responsive and understanding when my initial delivery was misplaced by the courier. She arranged a replacement in record time and went out of her way to ensure I was happy. Highly recommended.
Excellent Customer Service
I have bought Stackers products for years and I have always found them to be excellent quality. I placed an orderand when DHL managed to mess up the delivery of my items, I contacted Stackers customer service es. Maddie was the advisor who assisted me in ensuring my parcel was tracked down and resent, she renewed my confidence so I placed another order for a larger personalised item also. All of the items I have received are perfect and I am very pleased. Maddie was wonderful and he customer service was excellent and very much appreciated so thank you again Maddie.
Colour difference
I orderd a set and a another draw to add to the set. Unfortantly this extra drawer had a different colour. I contacted the company but I am really disappointed in the customerservice. They didn't offer a solution. They don't respond. I did email them a lot of times. I contacted them via social media. But again they are not even answering my mails. We are now 6 months later. I would not recommend this pricey jewelryboxes.

Excellent customer service when needed
Ordered a large make up draw to add to my collection and when it arrived it was really badly damaged and had cracked and come apart. I messaged customer service and explained the problem and included some pictures of the damage. I heard back the next day with an apology and as promised a replacement arrived the day after. Excellent customer service and shout out to Beau and Anna from stackers for dealing with this efficiently and very fast. Would recommend and use again, customer service is everything.
great service and product
Customer service was extremely prompt with response. When my issue couldn't be resolved, Beau went above and beyond to find a solution for my needs. My backpack is gorgeous and wonderfully made and designed. Looking forward to using it on my many work trips.
Exceptional Customer Service
I’ve had exceptional customer service from Stackers. Initially the transaction was easy and I love my bag. More recently when I had an issue with my bag they have suggested a full replacement product without argument or drama! Beau was particularly courteous and responsive. Thank you!

My order was short by two items. I contacted customer services who arranged for the missing items to be sent straight away. Very pleased with the purchase, and the quick response to my problem.

Faulty items, poor quality control, disappointed
This was my first order directly with Stackers, although I have bought many of their items in the past from elsewhere. I ordered 2 supersize drawers to match sets I got from Brandalley. One drawer had a huge gap on one side where it didn't fit into the recess properly, this looked very unsightly. The other drawer sticks shut and makes a horrible rubbery squeaking noise when opened, and it doesn't slide out smoothly. The corners of this drawer are badly finished, with bits of the pebbled faux leather covering sticking out at the corners. I suspect this was a return item by another customer, as it didn't have the same amount of packaging as the other drawer. In contrast, my Brandalley sets (which I'd worried may be seconds) were perfect and cost half the price. I initiated the online return process and selected faulty goods as reason for return. Despite this, it told me I will have £4 deducted from my refund! This contradicts consumer law as the retailer is liable for return cost of faulty goods. I have photographed both items and will be emailing Stackers to request a full refund and waiver of return charge. Overall I'm very disappointed. I've been buying Stackers for many years and the quality used to be really good. From reading reviews here and my experience, this is obviously no longer the case. And now I'm stuck with hassle of returning and then potentially chasing a refund. I won't be buying any more Stackers products.
