Currently trying to proceed a complaint regarding a property transaction with Dutton Gregory, whereby they missed several defects and gave incorrect advise in the leasehold of a property I was purchasing through them back in 2019, these issues have only now been highlighted by another firm whilst trying to sell the property. To summarise their complaints procedure, so far, seems to involve ignoring the client as much as possible and hoping they give up on their claim for compensation. To top it all off the person handling the complaint is related to the solicitor responsible for the original transaction.
