Appointed for house purchase and…

Appointed for house purchase and communication was poor, would wait ages for important documentation to progress with the purchase. I was Constantly chasing up for updates etc- would then waiting ages sometimes weeks for a reply. I would leave voice messages to call back and never once had a call back- I never spoke to my solicitor on the phone and heard from her twice in 5 months- would revive emails asking for documentation or payment etc from different people each time. I was sent wrong documents multiple times making the stressful process even more stressful. Unfortunately i wouldn't use them again.

Professional service

Amy Briscoe from Dutton Gregory provided an efficient and professional approach. We used their services for moving house and we were not disappointed. Their quote was easy to understand, competitive with other companies and did not include any hidden fees. Amy was more than accommodating and answered any questions we had throughout the process. There was an app tool used in the early stages of the process to help make things easier when, for example, submitting ID. On the day of the move, Amy kept us up to date with how the finances were progressing between banks so we could time the removals. delays in case

I was advised that Duttongregory would be a good company to help us with an eviction case of a tenant. I was advised it would be 3 to 6 months, this turned out to be 21 months and affected our health and tormented us mentally. The losses more than doubledwhat we expected and I think not think the content of work of solicitors warranted their fees We are a retired couple in their 70s and 80s

I arrived at Dutton Gregory feeling anxious as I was part way through the sale of my property. As soon as I arrived Olivia Shaw greeted me in such a way that I immediately felt confident. As the conveyancing proceeded both Olivia and Gayle hough worked together in a totally efficient and competent manner. As a result the sale proceeded with the minimum of distress. Dutton Gregory contentious probate service

Like having a "fire and forget" missile. Deadly once deployed, but not cheap. But you get what you pay for. Big up for Duncan Scott here. Efficient, self chasing and excellent legal knowledge, a mature strategic approach and exemplary client service. Gave me his mobile number and direct email so I could contact direct, no telephone trees, no call you back in a week, just simple, effective communication. Most importantly, he focussed on the task at hand and not the obfuscating and irrelevant trivia being put forward by other solicitors. Gets a thumbs up from me in handling a difficult and emotionally charged situation. Well done.

Most efficient legal experience I’ve ever had!

I dealt with Tom Whatley and his assistant Oli Chandler for my property remortgage and I can say that they gave me the most efficient legal experience I’ve ever had. I was under pressure to exchange on a property purchase and they helped turn things round very quickly. They were also very helpful and communicative throughout the process. Highly recommended!
