I was very pleasantly surprised at the amount of discount 1st energy was offering at a "compare" website. But, was dreading how complicated the changeover would be. How wrong was I? The process was so quick and simple and the customer service team member Satish was a delight to chat with as it all went through. (In fact I only felt compelled to write a review, which I never do, because the service far exceeded my expectations ... well done 1st Energy and Satish)
