Number one for me is not being put on hold when calling. I just hate that and would not hesitate to switch companies based on that alone. You guys are great. I got a quick response and to top it off she was easy to understand with an Aussie accent. That's my other big gripe. Companies that have their call centres off shore and you just can't understand their accent. I've hung up on these people in the past and black list those companies. They think they are saving money, but in effect they are doing themselves a dis service for the sake of Australian jobs and saving a few bucks. So the bottom line is :- 1. Answer calls promptly. 2. Have Australians on your help desk. Well done to you guys.
