Boon brokers and specifically Josh were great. We had a slightly more awkward mortgage situation with a non conventional build which was a bit of a learning curve for both parties but given the rarity and the specific circumstances that surround properties of our type it was a good job. Not perfect but if we'd been handling it ourselves it would have been a stab in the dark going to each provider instead we had some idea of the providers that it could work with. Overall very happy there. Also arranged our personal insurances quickly and effectively and provided good advice for the specifics as to what each thing meant as that was more complicated than I imagined. Pretty good overall at getting back to us when we had queries potentially could have been a touch more proactive in one or two instances but much of that was because of some holiday days and a bank holiday or three which pushed how many days there were between events lower than it felt. Any time I rang in whoever answered was polite friendly and did what they said they would. I'd fully recommend Josh to anyone and will be calling him when renewals come around.

Kathryn was brilliant throughout the process. Efficient, timely, friendly, she really was the driving force behind us getting our mortgage.
