Really impressed! Kathryn has been an absolute star from start to finish, and helped us secure a mortgage in a really efficient timeframe. There were a couple of curveballs along the way, which didn't phase her at all, and quickly adapted and got on with it. Super impressed with the service, very straightforward. Great communications and really simple customer portal for tracking progress and sharing files etc. Also very transparent on fees and commissions, no additional broker fees, so much cheaper in the long run than many others.
