Excellent service. I needed a mortgage capacity report on a week's notice but Boon Brokers did it for me in less than 24 hours, which was great. I got an introductory call from Gerard Boon who explained me the process. I filled a form, made the payment and received my mortgage capacity report shortly afterwards. It's a very comprehensive report and the price is also reasonable so very happy with the service.

Gerard was polite, professional and very quick on the ball. Sent the info almost immediately, answered any queries that I did not understand, presented me with my options, and within 24 hours as sure as he promised, documents were ready for me to be signed. I signed them at about 3pm, nd the final document was emailed to me about 60-90 minutes later. Gerard was always about to answer my calls, was always a pleasure to talk to, and I would sincerely recommend. I personally asked if they had a trustpilot page to leave a glowing review, as praise where praise is due.

Great service, although having used this company for over 15years this time felt less personal.No face to face meetings, telling people your most personal details and all done in 30 minutes. So many emails. But overall very efficient service and good end result.
