Our experience of buying a new mattress from Land of Beds was excellent. Choosing the right new mattress is an important decision and can be a costly one and the team at the Wigan branch were hugely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and showed a real interest in understanding our requirements and patience in answering all of our questions, whilst also giving us as much time and space, to think about and discuss our options, as we needed. We feel really confident in our decision and couldn’t be happier or more impressed with the service at Land of Beds.

I'd previously rung to see if the Wigan store had a particular mattress on display so that we could try it out, and was told that they did. Darren welcomed us into the store, showed us to where the mattress we were interested in was situated, and then left us to try it out. He was friendly and not at all pushy. He came back to check on us a while later and answered all of our questions. I gave him my email and he duly sent a quote and confirmation of what we'd discussed, including their price match. Having found a cheaper price online, I emailed back with the details late that evening. The next day Darren duly replied with their acceptance of the price match. After calling him back, Darren processed the sale, but there was a bit of an issue with the quality of the line and therefore he sent me an email with a link to complete the purchase online and then called me back. All went through smoothly and we now look forward to delivery from Dunlopillo in 6-8 weeks. Throughout it all Darren was professional and friendly. We couldn't have asked for more. It's good to deal with a company that does what it says AND has great staff.

The Company are very nice to deal with. I spoke with Charlotte first who I believe is in Customer Service explained my problem who kindly passed me over to Mike in Sales who was most kind and helpful and helped me fulfil my order for a new head board for my bed.

At all times I found all staff, especially sales team, to be excellent in their customer service; consistently responded to my queries - phone /mail; never overtly 'sales pushy'; timely and efficient. I had a large expenditure to make that took me some time to decide - the team remained helpful and patient in every aspect. I highly recommend Land of Beds. Its personal, consistent service across the team ( who work as a team) is excellent - a rarity.
