Very good and excellent service

Late delivery half an hour late both people rushing. Very polite when they spoke to you. Spoke in their own language a bit too much to each other Quick set up on bed and headboard

I ordered a bed and a mattress on 29th November and the bed was delivered fairly quickly. I was told that my mattress would be delivered by 13th December and now it's the 19th and I still haven't received it. I filled out their online form that states they will respond within 24 hours and 2 days later I still haven't heard anything. If I'd have known how sloppy their customer service and delivery times were I'd have shopped else where.

Friendly approachable service with very good knowledge. Charlotte was very patient and a real help during our lengthy decision process. Family run business. A joy to spend time in the store trying out a variety of mattresses. The experience was positive and were helped to buy and not just sold to. Recommended.

Charlotte was extremely helpful, guiding me through the massive choice of Hypnos beds available. I cannot believe they/you need to offer such a large selection - but its thier/your business

No hassle was left to browse and assistant was very helpful and really worked hard to find me exactly what I requested by finding me bed base I needed and seperat mattress. Good price reasonably appropriate for the products I purchased. The assistant was helpful and patient as I want to make sure the goods that I purchase are what I really need so I don't want to be rushed. Overall a good and pleasant experience.

Bed purchased - listed as Land of Beds but is in fact Birlea. Vital information missing in description and pictures. Initially offered refund but had to pay own return costs (£90+). Company later offered to collect and refund in full.

Guidance and selection

I purchased an adjustable bed and mattress from Land of Beds. They were extremely helpful, gave lots of good advice and the bed and mattress arrived as indicated several weeks later, and did not disappoint. The people they used to deliver and install the bed were also really carefully and courteous throughout.
