I was really worried ordering just before Christmas - I needed the mattress on Dec 20th, as that's when the old one was being collected by the council & that was only 9/10 days time ! I started a 'Chat' in their 'chat box' and the lady I was chatting to got in touch with Dormeo and said that they said it would be delivered 0n or before the 20th, she assured me she'd keep an eye on my order to make sure it was . . . . . . it came on the 13th, only 3 days after I ordered it !!!! WOW - that was fast & so appreciated ! Son has now only slept on it for 2 nights (Dormeo Octasmart Premium Plus Mattress - med firmness) he says it's comfy and his back doesn't hurt, so all good so far (not had an all foam mattress before)

Delivery man Mike was helpful and courteous. Put the mattress where we wanted it.

I recently purchased a bed and mattress from land of Beds. The bed I ordered had unfortunately been discontinued and the supplier had not notified Land of Beds prior to my purchase, I decided to go ahead with the mattress order anyway and this had a fault on delivery. Both of these issues were out of the control of Land of Beds and although the situation was somewhat frustrating I would still highly recommend them because of how they dealt with and problem solved the situation. Wendy took control of my situation and offered me some great advice on alternatives and I am now very happy with what I received. There will always be times were things go wrong and its how a company deals with it that is the differentiator, the family owned nature of the company really came across and they took complete ownership of the issues, thanks Wendy and the team
