I had a set idea about what I wanted from my new mattress. Julie from the Helsby store was extremely helpful sticking to my plan and directing me to several to try out. I couldn’t find the mattress of my dreams (sorry for the pun). As a last resort, she directed me to one mattress she knew would fit my requirements as I have osteoarthritis in my back but…….the price was definitely something I didn’t want to pay and Julie fully explained to me how mattresses were constructed, the difference between soft, hard and medium and I realised that what I needed was exactly what she had shown me and although a little dearer, I realised that for a good night’s sleep I could keep buying and trying or I could buy and be happy. Julie was friendly but professional in her dealing with my needs. She let me take my time deciding what was the right decision to make and did not rush or direct me. Professional, friendly, polite and knowledgeable is how I would describe my visit and Julie’s expertise in directing me to make the correct decision. I would recommend buying from Land of Beds and getting the correct guidance to buying the correct bed/mattress.

Charlotte has gone above and beyond to help me. Other staff have also been so lovely while trying to help while Charlotte wasnt available. The customer services has to be some of the best I've ever received. I will always refer anyone looking for anything bed related to you guys now! Keep it up and your bosses should be very proud!

I spoke with Jan when I had query about a delivery date. Jan was really helpful. I felt reassured when she confirmed the date of the delivery for the Highgrove double mattress ordered. I was really happy with the customer service provided. can't fault it

Went to the Helsby store to test various types of bed. Extremely well looked after by Julie and we ordered both a bed set and an additional mattress to replace one. Beds delivered on time with efficiency and courtesy. We have dealt with Land of Beds previously and can highly recommend them.

Spoke with Julie from Land Of Beds today regarding my enquiry for a new mattress.Julie took time to ask what type i was looking for, and then proceeded to find the mattress that best met my needs.Nothing was a problem for her and she could not of been any more helpful.
