Excellent customer service (dealt mostly with Jan)!! I ended up having an issue with the product that came straight from the vendor and the service team are extremely responsive and helped with full resolution. They even added on an extra service for my inconvenience, even though the issue was not theirs. Would recommend.

Just purchased a bed / mattress and pillows from the Helsby store. Charlotte was the salesperson who dealt with us and my wife and I can say without reservation her customer service and product knowledge was first class and to be frank encouraged us to make the purchase. The interaction was without pressure to make the purchase but left us feeling assured in our decision and safe in the knowledge of future customer service / support from the company should it be required. It was honestly a pleasure to shop in a store with good old fashioned customer service . We also met the delivery driver in store who covered the Warrington area who again was pleasant and personable

We chose a new mattress in store. Irene was very helpful after finding our requirements and we were not rushed into choosing or buying. Very happy with our purchase. Delivery came with Darren, Mike and Alan. All were very pleasant, helpful and respectful in my property. Would definitely recommend.

Went in to browse today but ended up buying a new tempur mattress thanks to the help we received from Irene and Alan who were so helpful and understood exactly what we needed/wanted. They were so knowledgeable about the products and gave us completely up to date advice. Very competitive price also, significantly cheaper than our other local chain. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back in future and highly recommend for the personal touch.
