Soon expands, is firm but comfortable and supportive, easy to turn, doesn't make you hot, just a bit smelly for the first couple of days, once that's gone it's an excellent mattress form the money.

Returns process too much of a pain. Happy to take your money, but not return it.

I found Land of Beds on Google. I found the site really easy to navigate. Ordering was child’s play, communication was first class & my mattress was very reasonably priced. My mattress was ordered on the Monday & delivered on Thursday morning. I’ve given Land of Beds a 5 star rating simply because I cannot find fault with anything about my order. They even gave me a discount code for future use. In my opinion this company truly values its customers & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Land of Beds to anyone.

So easy to order online, bed came very quickly but the mattress was sent from supplier so took a few days extra, they give you a specific date which I had a problem with as I have small children and needed a time slot between certain hours for school pick up etc along with a hospital appointment and they were no help with that told me I couldn’t choose a different date or a rough time I needed to be home which I found not good customer service hence the 4 star

The representative was pleasant, cheerful and clearly knew his job. He did not pressurise us at any point, but demonstrated the available alternatives for our purchase. He pointed out the alternatives available and additional benefits. We would recommend him and the shop to others wishing to purchase new mattresses.

Through no fault of the Land of Beds, the courier stated that there were no instructions on the delivery document to assemble two Ottoman Small Double beds. The following day I contacted them to complain and they couldn't have been more helpful. After checking and sending me a copy of the delivery doc. which clearly said assemble. They organise their own member of their local delivery team to drive all the up the M6 to assemble the beds. Very impressed with all those I dealt with - Claire, Lesley and Darren. A BIG THANK YOU for customer care.

I ordered a mattress, and had to wait 4 weeks for it to be manufactured. The week it was due to be delivered due to unforseen circumstances, I had to cancel it. I explained my situation and was listened to very sympatheticaly , and immediately was told I would be refunded! I would definitely use Land Of Beds in the future, as this would have been my second Hypnos mattress and they are absolutely top quality.
