Excellent quality and service! From the ordering process to the delivery it was a pleasure to order from this Home Outlet Direct! I spoke to a sales associate who helped put a quote together for me and answered all the questions I had. I ordered a full set of ZLINE kitchen appliances. To be honest I was surprised how quickly they arrived, impressive!

Excellent customer service and exceptional value

I had a wonderful experience with Jamie in Customer Service. I emailed her with an issue, and it was resolved quickly and easily. From the ease of ordering, a return/exchange for slight damage of a delivery, to sending us a missing item, we've had an amazing experience with Home Outlet Direct. And we LOVE our Zline appliances. They're high-end looking and are exceptional quality, but did not break the bank. 10/10 for value.

I purchased Forno Kitchen appliances, and Home Outlet Direct and Forno have both been fantastic! I contacted HOD and Forno because I had a few questions, and both companies responded professionally and quickly, which answered my questions within a day or two. I am completely satisfied!

Terrible Experience - Still waiting on refund 3 months later

-Order 1k Forno vent hood from HOD -Upon delivery, the delivery company opened the box and confirmed the vent hood was damaged. -I emailed HOD per their return instructions to let them know I refused delivery b/c the packaged was damaged. -HOD emailed Forno twice asking them to contact me, to which they never did. -approximately 1 month later, out of the blue, I get a Forno shipping notification for another vent hood. -This was for a remodel that was completed, so I didn't need a replacement -I told Forno to cancel the shipment and refund my money. -3 months later, I haven't heard back from either company -Submitted dispute with AmEx to try and get my money back. -I ordered from HOD, not Forno, they should be the ones returning my money. -Terrible customer service on a simple transaction

Quality Guest Services Makes a Difference

I went online to buy a new tool set for my BBQ. I like nice things and I only look at quality venders. I found a very nice set of BBQ tools Fire Magic 5-Piece BBQ Tool Set (3575B) on the Home Outlet Direct website. When I went to check out, it showed the price of $9.00 for this $99.00 item. There was no tax or shipping charge either. I could not believe it, but I purchased the item. That purchase was a few months ago. I checked on my order a few times to find out if it was still April 26, 2022. I was told there was an issue with my order and there was one more item in their warehouse. That was yesterday, today the item was delivered. It was clear that the $9.00 price was a computer glitch. Yet in my conversation yesterday, the guest services representative said they would honor the price. I never asked, they brought that up. That my friends is a quality company. I am writing this review to say, thank you for being willing to follow-through even when you knew it was a computer issue. I was expecting a note saying there was an error and my $9.00 was being refunded. From a consumer standpoint, this has made me have a high level of trust in you, your reputation and product quality. In today’s market, even though there was a delay and order issues. What Home Outlet Direct did shows class and professionalism. I recommend them for any product they sell or represent. I will be purchasing from them in the future. Thank you for being a company that shows the best intentions for their guest.

I'm very pleased with the expertise use…

I'm very pleased with the expertise use by this company, Home Outlet Direct. Their shipping practices are exceptional. They over pack everything. They go so far as to separate item which historically get damaged. I have received almost an entire kitchen and nothing damaged.

This was probably one of the best finds as we were building a house. The service was fabulous, prices were amazing and above all, we really appreciated the flexibility in managing our order so that we could get our appliances on time. Thank you to Jaime, Wendy and the rest of the team.

Amazing Service

Our home building was delayed, we didn't open the product, a microwave on arrival. When they got to the install it was damaged in the box and inoperable. Kelly Duncan helped and went the extra mile and was able to secure a replacement.

Worst customer service imaginable

Unfortunately, to give a review, you have to give at least one star. Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable. ZERO communication, ZERO customer service, from anyone in the ‘customer service team’ to Kelly their supervisor. Stay as far away from this company as you can. *edit, to reply to their response.* To be clear, as I said several times in emails to them, the frustration was 5% with the manufacturer’s delays and 95% with their COMPLETE lack of communication. I understand manufacturing and shipping delays. This was about their customer service. When my stove was supposed to arrive by a certain date, and I asked them to please contact me by that date with a status update, NOT ONCE did they do that. Only after I would later contact them did they check the status. After this happened several times, they gave me the number of the manufacturer so I could call (which I did and was able to get much more information). But isn’t that THEIR JOB? When I finally got a text from the shipping company saying my stove would be delivered the next day, I contacted Home Outlet Direct’s ‘customer service’ to ask about the status of my order, and they said it still hadn’t arrived at the warehouse and they had no information on when it would be delivered. Pathetic.
