Cindy and Charles did an amazing job helping me finding a suitable home and getting in contact with the host as quickly as possible. Not only that, their manor was friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment, the furnishings and amenities were true to the photographs and descriptions on the website. Onefinestay responded quickly to any queries we had and attended quickly and efficiently to the minor maintenance problems we experienced. We were very appreciative of the late checkout we requested at short notice

We were very late arriving but we’re cheerfully met and given ‘the tour’. The house was large and had everything one could want. We chose this place because of the amenities and location and were not disappointed, highly recommended. Wonderful two weeks.

We rented a 5 bedroom house in Tuscany and were delighted with our choice. The house was very well equipped and suited our 3 generation family. We chose to do our own cooking for the evening meal and appreciated the modern kitchen and large communal table. We used the barbeque and firepit one evening and all worked well. The daily light cleaning was much appreciated. The concierge service was excellent and the people we dealt with were charming and helpful. One Fine Stay was recommended to us by people who had used it before and we would not hesitate to recommend it as well.
