We traveled as a family of 4 people. We had a wonderful 10 days stay in this beautiful apartment, well decorated, well maintained. Garden view for all rooms, on the very calm side for the master bedroom. The apartment is 2’ from South Kensington station. We felt like home and were able to have great family moments. First experience with OneFineStay; but we are now convinced by this approach rather than going to the hotel. We would love to book this apartment again during our next trip in London!

House cleanliness and condition wasn’t portrayed accurately

In brief, they had a great apartment for us; they were very responsive prior to and during our stay; they were very helpful as concierge to set up tours and activities; they helped resolve a small problem with grace and efficiency; they were really nice and understanding. So much more added value compared to airbnb alone. I recommend them to anyone.

Great hosts, great flat!

The home we rented was as expected from the pictures. The cleaning in the kitchen prior to check in was not adequate as there was grease and crumbs on the kitchen table. Other than that, the house was lovely and we were comfortable. The person who gave us our keys and the tour of house was helpful and very cordial. Instructions of the house were clear. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Stayed two weeks in an apartment on Gayton Rd. It is actually a townhouse. Excellent location. Spacious apartment in good condition. Great for parents and 2 children or 2 couples. Apartment is spread over 4 floors, so requires going up and down flights of steps. Helpful service from theonefinestay team.
