My wife and I had booked an apartment in Sloane Gardens, 2 weeks before our arrival we were informed that there would be " some construction " when I asked for specifics, it took another week for them to reply, by which time we were on our way and only 1 week away from our 9 day stay in London, which had been prepaid! they said that the construction would be extensive, and prohibit a stay in the apartment, then we had to find a new apartment with 1 weeks notice, in that area, needless to say impossible, so we ended up taking a 1 bedroom apartment in knightsbridge, for the days, just to have a place to stay, OFS just refunded what we had paid and washed their hands of any further responsability, worst customer service EVER, and needless to say, I am suing them for ruing our vacation

The property we stayed in London was good, perfect for our family of five; however the service was disappointing; the communication with OneFineStay was a bit haphazard. They didn't seemed to be very coordinated.

Our apartment was beautiful and so comfortable. We really enjoyed our time in Rome!

Good. But smelt musty. Terrible lounge room furniture. Shower water not hot enough.

My daughter and I travelled to London, England and stayed in an apartment near Buckingham Palace. The apartment was clean and well equipped - it even had some cooking staples available. The service was great - we arrived around 10:45 pm on a Saturday night and someone was there to greet us. I would definitely use One Fine Stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in the Knightsbridge area of London. The OneFineStay staff, including Jack, Kayla and Elle were super responsive to our needs from the time I booked the property through the end of our vacation, organizing transportation to and from the airport, making sure we had food in the refrigerator on our arrival and booking day trips. The property on Kinnerton was lovely and central to a lot of sightseeing such that we were easily able to walk or take the tube to many locations. There was also a quaint street with shops, pubs, grocery stores and restaurants two blocks away. Our family will definitely use OneFineStay again when we travel. Thank you!
