The most important part of renting a Villa is ensuring the Villa is as represented in the photos. Additionally, the Villas are homes that have the usual problems of homes. One Fine Stay ensured our Villa was beautiful, ready for us and when small problems arose, that they were addressed immediately. I've used OFS twice and will do so again.

The service with the agency, One Fine Stay, was excellent from booking through to the stay itself. The apartment was very comfortable and cool in spite of the raging heatwave during our visit. My colleague and I booked it as a home base while filming a documentary that required us to get around London quickly. Its location, right next to the British Museum, was perfect for getting about to see the sights. I thoroughly recommend the place and plan to book again soon for a non- work trip.

The place was exactly as promised. The one find stay team was super helpful in providing extra linens/ detergent, and anything else we needed. They were super responsive helping us when we got locked out. The apartment felt like a hotel, and the experience was great.

The apartment we rented was fabulous (and it was just as it was advertised). The check-in/check-out procedures were very easy. While we didn't really need their concierge service, I did find everyone to be very responsive.

Apartment was beautiful and felt like we were at home. Supplies were provided, linens were great, greeting and intro was informative and charming.
