Exactly what we expected, even the stairs to top floor. I believe onefinestay is the first company that met us at the rental on our arrival. From day one we found the agent(s) friendly, helpful and always available. Would not hesitate to recommend the company or the actual flat we rented. Close to shopping, dining and public transport.

As a family of 5, finding lodging that we can afford is difficult - especially when traveling internationally. One Fine Stay was able to provide us with a wonderful flat in London that fit all of us comfortably. It was modern, clean, and in a wonderful neighborhood. The flat had everything we could need - even a washing machine! It was close to two tube stations and several bus stops. Our associate that met us for check in was knowledgeable and very nice. The communication prior to leaving the US for the trip was thorough and helpful. Thank you so much for an excellent experience!

Great experience. All the process from booking, check-in and check-out was very well managed by Onefinestay team. The property was clearly matching 100% of what was announced on the website. The house, location were perfect for our short break in London. We had a minor maintenance issue that was quickly handled by support. I will definetly recommend Onefinestay, and come back next time.

Overall we had a good experience with One Fine Stay - check in and check out were easy, we really appreciated the mid week housekeeping service, and the team was responsive when we had issues. What kept this from being a top notch experience was unfortunately the rental flat itself. While really well located and a good amount of space, we had a few issues that left us wishing we'd stayed in a hotel. First of all, we were told the primary bedroom had a king size bed, but instead when we arrived we found a queen size mattress in a king size frame. When asked, the team informed us that there had been a delivery issue but I really think we should have been notified. In addition to this being different than what was advertised, the too large frame was a frequent tripping hazard and we all had bruised shins by the end of the trip. Next, the water pressure in the primary shower was atrocious. The water pressure in the sinks was super strong, but in the shower it was barely enough to successfully wash your hair. The shower in the 2nd bathroom wasn't really useable since there was no frame around the tub and taking a shower would have soaked the entire room. Ahead of the trip we were also told we couldn't use the tub. Lastly, on our 3rd or 4th night, the sink in the 2nd bath refused to shut off and nearly flooded the bathroom. We were able to get ahold of one fine stay but they couldn't get anyone to us for 40 minutes. We couldn't shut off the valve without a tool, which were not available, but thankfully my husband was able to shut it off using a butter knife. Someone came the next day to service the issue, but since a part was on order, we lost this sink for the remainder of our visit. I think this review is for One Fine Stay, rather than the apartment itself, and given our experience with the company, I could be convinced to rent a flat through them again, but given there aren't reviews on the rental properties themselves, and that the apartment was not as advertised, it wouldn't be my first choice.

We had a phenomenal experience with One Fine Stay. Our trip to London was last-minute. With only three days out from check-in, ahead of a holiday weekend no less, our booking agent got us scheduled with no issues. Our greeter went out of his way to check us in early, though we hadn't expected it because of the late booking. He was friendly, helpful - and funny! Not required, but a nice bonus! The property itself was amazing. Gorgeous, clean, cozy & comfortable, it had all the comforts of home. Granted, one of the reasons to book a vacation rental is to have the comforts of home, but this went beyond the bare minimum. Also, we had a couple of questions during our stay, and One Fine Stay agents responded quickly. Our flat wasn't just a great basecamp for our trip; it was one of the wonderful experiences of the trip. I can't recommend One Fine Stay enough.
