Always accessible and ready to help. Arrangements were as or better than expected. Staff was easy to reach with any concerns. Loved the local phone. I would use One Fine Stay again without hesitation.

Check in and out procedure with OFS was great. iPhone left with us during the stay was very helpful Staff helpful when called during the stay Property location and space was wonderful, and all appliances supplied worked well but there were aspects about the property that we found disappointing for the money, so we wouldn't stay there again, e.g. 1. Mouldy smelling bathroom with swollen and broken masonite where the bath was boxed in, mirrored cabinet in bathroom wouldn't shut properly. 2. Bed was a little hard and duvet supplied was far too hot, even with heating in the apartment turned off for the whole time. No blanket was supplied or available, so we slept under the sheets only...and slept poorly. 3. Some coffee mugs supplied were chipped 4. The divan that has replaced the leather couch in the photos was not comfortable for 2 people to sit on, we felt like we were falling forward. 5. One of the dining chair seats was not attached to the frame 6. Kitchen equipment supplied was a bit too basic; no tongs, measuring cups/spoons and 'sharp' knives were blunt.

All of the homes are exceptional and all of the representatives are very responsive and knew so much about the locations and the houses.

We like every part of the house. When we stayed in the living room, we loved to lift the fire and played card. The kitchen was good and the bedrooms was nice. Actually i did listen to the sound of the train in the bedroom and afraid of not able to sleep. But then the trip was exhausted and i was able to sleep. My mum and my sister did not mind the sound at all. It is a really nice house to stay and the staff was nice and really helpful.

This is a great apartment with ample space, comfortable kitchen and living room and wonderful master bedroom. the second bedroom is a bit small, but quite adequate. the second bathroom has a good shower, while the master bath only a bathtub. This is somebody's home, so the decor is warm, with lots of personal touches.

We absolutely love staying in onefinestay properties all over the world. In London, Paris and New York we've experienced the same level of excellent customer service, well-appointed homes and complete security about our booking. We recommend onefinestay to all our friends and we can not imagine our travels without them. We travel with the kids mainly for business, and it's incredible to come home to a place that makes us feel like locals, though far away from home. The details are truly everything and onefinestay does not miss a beat.
