You should provide car park permit of the home to the clients

This was my first time using One Fine Stay and after this, when available, I will never go back to the traditional 5 star Hotel. For vacation travel you get a much better experience of what it's like to live in the city as a native but with all and more of the amenities of a five star hotel. Loved it! The staff was right there when we arrived via cab to the house and gave us tour and was there to answer any questions we may have about the house. Definitely recommend it!

Website is great and easy to use. Reservations were relatively easy to make with just a few emails back and forth. Would be nice to have access to other renter reviews before making a decision which apartment to pick.

Everything has been excellent - from the booking with Kat, the flat is really beautiful , the 24 hour support , the iPhone with great tips on everything from appliances in the flat to places to eat . We will definitely do our next London stay through onefinestay . Thanks .
