I know my first order get misplaced or lost but it was not your company's faults, your customer service was very helpful and update me on a daily basis, new shipment was sent and i received it in 3 days the quality of the engineering wood is very good, we start laying out flooring and my customer are very happy with the result, except for some reason we needed 2 more boxes, so i ordered more.

I found go hardwood on the internet and the website was easy to navigate. Jeremy was very helpful when I asked questions about the Brazilian chestnut wood floors. I ordered by phone and there were no problems. Shipment and delivery went well and the wood is beautiful and what I expected. It won't be installed until October so I cannot tell you at this time how it looks, but I think it will look great.
