I have a big family. We are a family that loves to congregate in the kitchen. I love that but my kitchen is small and I am embarrassed by the peeling linoleum flooring and the 1960's.painted over laminate cabinets. I needed to open up that space and bring my kitchen into the 21st century. Eric listened to my story and my vision. He took that info and created a kitchen for me with beautiful wood flooring and cabinets respecting the budget that I had. It was beyond my wildest imagination! I am so excited and can't wait until my kitchen is complete! Thank you Eric!

We ordered the Builder grade product and the material was actually much better then anticipated. The flooring looks great installed. Will order from Gohardwood again!!

The hardwood, when it was finally installed is beautiful, which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one. However, two of the boxes of hardwood were opened and both were missing 1-2 pieces of the wood. Additionally, not all of the underlayment arrived, yet we were charged for it all. Overall shipping and customer service with the shipping company and middle person from Global Trans and interactions with gohardwood were extremely difficult. We were told multiple lies from the shipping company person and gohardwood, but we were told we would be refunded for part of the shipping and the underlayment. Eventually, I had to go pick up the wood myself, although I paid for shipping, and I still haven't received the refund I was promised. Please beware - they like to use the cheapest shipping option, which is often Volunteer Express, and they're have been multiple complaints with this company. As of 8/1/2019, we still haven’t received a refund for the missing underlayment OR some of the shipping costs that were promised to be refunded by Gohardwood.com. Very unprofessional and I will be contacting the BBB regarding the entire situation.

They were very helpful. Couldn't find the wood I needed anywhere else. Been searching for over a year. My wood arrived in 5 days.

The sales guy was great, we made arrangements for a pick up and when I got there at 3:45 the help was walking out the door and refused to help me. Luckily I pursued a fellow in the warehouse who was unloading a delivery and he helped me. Between the sales guy and the guy in the warehouse they were good. The other employees coming out don't do a very good job of representing the company. The floor looks great and came out very nice.
