Very very good quality and service

I have ordered from Rupali over the years and thought it was time to order another Kaftan. I love purchasing them from Rupali because they have the length I need as I am quite tall and theirs come down to my ankles, not only that they have a Great choice made of quality material and last a long time, my other one is not worn out yet and just wanted another one.

customer service is so bad: if somethings wrong with your order, theres no help.

Delivery is so prompt - I got my items in under two working days! Also the quality of items seem really good and at such good, affordable prices (especially in the sales!) The only slight issue I had is some of the outfits I liked they didn't do them in ladies 42" also on some outfits when you want to see the size guide theres nothing there.

NO REFUND WAITING NO RESPONSE I have been a loyal customer for many years . I returned an item and was accused of wearing the item i was returning when I had not . Iam entitled to my refund . I have spoke twice to a women asking to speak to the manager which I have had no response in emails or calls . Be very aware when thinking of getting any refunds on returning items 👎🏼 Very bad service on customers rights . Well finally an outcome after calling back myself and told I will get a refund but no longer allowed to purchase from them again ! Hopefully I get the refund back as was said . Very sad on the outcome but there’s plenty more other places I can shop at . Thank you .
