Fast Delivery

The delivery was too early and they sent a message at 7 am when most people are asleep at summer holidays. Rang bell at 7:30am nobody heard the doorbell so they sent it to the local post office. The local post office didnt want to give the parcel unless the address matches with my Id address although I explained I'm at my mums for holidays. They didnt give the parcel and told me to book a redelivery which was only available after 5 days. The redelivery never came so my dad went to the post office after one week and collected it. I think rupali should deliver parcels after 9am unless they message the day before that they're going to deliver really early. Had to go through so much hassle. The dresses were really nice that's why I gave the 3 stars. Bit the deliver time was not good.
