What an amazing experience

Fabulous website - great customer service, fast delivery and delicious products. Unfortunately we cannot easily get Built Bars in New Zealand so I was so happy to discover gosupps.com not only stock them but ship to New Zealand.

I am reading the reviews ..I dont agree at all. i didnt receive my order ..After 15 days I received mail saying its out of stock ..refund will take place in 10 days. . 1 month now no refund..Try to call 10 ..times.."leave message some. body will call you back..No body ?..Thanks My Order Nunber.2500208418 Under name of Cem Deniz.From my VISA CARD.Thanks

Faith restored

I was upset that I had to pay taxes and duties. I contacted the company and promptly received their concern that I was upset. They refunded me some of the extra costs. This kind of service restores my faith in online shopping as well as the fact that there are reputable companies selling their products.

I had a very stressful experience with…

I had a very stressful experience with Gosupps since I ordered 3 supplements on Dec.5th and the next day they wrote me to inform me that they don't have one of the products, but offered to send me a similar but better one, for the same price. I accepted. After a week I saw that my order was pending and I wrote them to ask about it. They said that they will check what happened and why it is not shipped yet, but assured me that they will ship it immediately. After one more week, I went to check online and saw that my order is still pending! I wrote again and they responded that there is some delay and problem with the warehouse and that they will check asap. THEN they wrote me to inform me that now they don't have the 2nd supplement that I ordered and they immediately refunded the money for that second product, and promised that they will ship the rest immediately. Couple of days passed and then they wrote me that now they will ship finally (this was the end of December!) but with the first product (not the one that is better they replaced it with). I was pretty angry and wrote again and explained in detail the whole history of our back and forth emailing with pictures etc. I was on a verge to cancel the order but since I couldn't find the products elsewhere I was persistent with these people. Finally the order arrived on Dec.30 to Serbia but then I had a horrible issue with customs in my home country (which is not a problem caused by Gosupps).. I finally got the products on January 6th, one month after I ordered it (insted of 10 days)! The only 2 positive things about Gosupps is that they respond quickly to emails and they refund the money for the products they don't have BUT the rest is just horrible. So much time wasted on writing emails and waiting...

My first experience with Gosupps was really magnificent!

It was my first experience with Gosupps and everything went great! I was very pleased with the support they gave me on WhatsApp. They responded promptly and helped me with the necessary information regarding the delivery and customs formalities. I will come back to order again and based on over 1000 online orders made in the last 15 years at various merchants around the world, I recommend GoSupps without hesitation!

Had an issue with one of my products…

Had an issue with one of my products being damaged but customer support were quick to rectify the problem. Probably one of the best customer support experiences I’ve had with any company in these few years, I think a lot of companies could take a page out of Go Supps book on how to treat customers. Thanks again for the quick delivery and great items.
