I o rdered supplements from GoSupps.com and experienced significant issues. First, there was a delay in shipping due to the items being sent from multiple warehouses. After waiting longer than expected, one of the packages arrived, but to my disappointment, the products were damaged and appeared tampered with. I immediately contacted their customer support, and they responded quickly, apologized, and forwarded the issue to their concerned team. While I appreciate their prompt email response and willingness to address the problem, I have not yet received a replacement or a resolution for the damaged items. Overall, while their customer service team was polite and communicative, the experience with the product quality and delays leaves much to be desired. I’m still waiting for a proper resolution.
