Great experience... Although I'm in almost the other part of the world, yet they were very helpful and easy & fast to communicate with.

This company is a joke. We ordered a moisturizer that was way over priced but willing to pay to get it faster. They shipped and it was held at the boarder wanting another $35 in duty which was not disclosed on their website at the time of order. Customer service response… we need to figure out and if we can’t they will take the product back and charge a 35% penalty. Wow!

this was my first order with GoSupps. the service was good and with a speed of lightening I received my goods delivered to my door steps in Northern Germany - this was great! I had a little concern about an additional charge from the shipping company. I asked GoSupps for help they understood immediately the problem started investigating with the shipping company and upfront, they credit mit $20 - before they even had a detailed reply from the shipping company. I had to order twice before the payment went through, poor methods on the company end. Shipping is super slow. Customer service is bad? Well they just don't respond so it's a no show rating.
