I purchased an item that was not suitable once it arrived, I emailed and explained the situation and I received an immediate response explaining that the manufacturer had changed specifications so the XL was now too large. On international shipments to Europe, would have been nice to have had the VAT/TVA and import duties included in the pricing or a very prominent note upon checkout indicating this was going to be charged by the carrier upon delivery. But in response to my previous review here, GoSupps.com reached out to me and offered to reimburse me for the VAT/TVA and import duties and that's really good customer service!
