Edit again: the company won’t refund me! They sent me an email with a blank response; dots across the page. Very unprofessional!! I should not have to request a refund more than once! They are not sending me my order or refunding me! EDIT: NOW THEY TOLD ME TO DELETE MY REVIEW OR NO REFUND!!! This company is horrible!! My receipt says a fixed shipping fee! It’s deceiving!! I’m in Canada! An additional $27 is outrageous for a small order; a moisturizer! I’ve never had an issue with a company from the US before!! …the reply from the company regarding this review is a lie. They will not refund me all my $. Why would anyone in their right mind pay another $27 for a moisturizer?? Seriously!

Unreliable and incompetent staff. Not sure why they’re this bad but they’re clueless and fail to acknowledge communications. Frustrating and a waste of time and energy. And their response when I finally received it - rude and aggressive. Don’t bother.
