So I had not in possibility in France to take a product due to absence not forecasted. Product was returned to US, nevertheless I had a very quick answer to my questions how to lead which such circumstances and solve the topic.

I ordered some items from these guys since May 15...its now over 10 days of the shipping time they advised and yet I haven't recieved any update on whether the item has been processed at all not to talk of delivery ..I mean this is 10+days and I have no clue....i called but the call went to voice mail so i sent whatsaap message and they responded immediately by tendering sincere apologies and explaining the reason for the delay which was beyond their control,which I got to understand ,I was compesated with a 20 dollar refund from my 74 dollar order which was surprising they are also actively working to get me a new order ASAP. I get that I was worried initially but I can say for a FACT that they are legitimate, #2500179770. I thank the customer service rep for the professionalism and being customer centric as that alone helped me remain calm and also respectful toward them .

Like another reviewer, I wanted a small tube of the triple antibiotic cream I use for small wounds, especially wounds that are hard to clean as thoroughly as I would like. It's over the counter in the US but unobtainable here in the UK- and I am a physician. GoSupps had it (and numerous other hard to find items). It was expensive and took a while to come but it was worth it. That sums up my experience with GoSupps: They have lots of hard to find items, they carry high quality products, are expensive and sometimes items take a while to get here but definitely worth it. I order from them regularly.

When I worked in USA found this brilliant triple anti biotic cream. Cannot get it in the UK or at least its just not the same. Had 3 tubes which have lasted me a long long time!!! After squeezing the last remnants from my last tube, I ordered new from this site. Although expensive, you pay for quality and what you want and I wanted this. Delivery to UK within 5 days, amazing.

I was very pleased to receive my order in double quick time - a Nature's Sunshine product not available here, although it used to be - but all in perfect order. BUT, beware the customs bill. Mine came through from DHL a few days after I'd ordered and was pretty hefty and unexpected. Perhaps I'd missed the small print about duty payment but the amount added considerably to the bill for my products.
