Ordered cayenne pepper 100k heat units in bulk as it's extremely hard to find in Australia in bulk. (5lbs =2.268kg) Arrived in about 5 days from USA. was expecting at least 10 plus days due to increased shipping charges to Australia, Shipped via DHL for $20US compared to other sites over $260US dollars.I note Customs did open product and seal up again. Just doing their job I suppose.Not sure if I will receive a customs bill. But very happy with product.Useful tip to GoSupps would be to please leave an invoice of purchase with prices in package as customs should know where exactly I'm getting product from and cost so to charge accordingly if any are warranted and don't assume I'm buying illegal stuff.

Delivery was fast and tracking time was accurate. Only draw back was I had to pay an extra 32 dollars for customs and taxes into Canada , which worked out to the same cost if I had ordered in Canada.

I got exactly what I ordered I was so scared it was a scam but it truly came through , I only expected to pay the importation fees high that wasn’t questionable as I’m used to it but overall I’m so happy with my product , THANK YOU SO MUCH 🙏

Their customer service is terrible. I am not able to reach them via Whatsapp, Phone or Email. They are not responding to phone calls for a week. Terrible service.
