recht gut.... aber

Es hat eigentlich recht gut funktioniert. Versand gut und vertrauenswürdig. Aber seit England nicht mehr in der EU ist ist echt massiv teuer! 10 ml Aroma Flasche kostet ca 5€.Mit Versand und Zoll und Abgaben hat es 37€ gekostet! Firma ist gut aber alles andere viel zu teuer.

Amazing

Strong Words of Caution for Potential Buyers

I am motivated to write this review not just from my own terrible experience but to expose the business practices of this retailer and hopefully stop the same type of experience from happening to somebody else. If you have a short attention span, then the short answer is this: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Coming up is an extensive and detailed review which documents my experience - and my findings - with this company. I am going to be posting some of the email chains that describe what transpired, unfortunately no pictures as this appears to be text-only review format. Let's get to it. I originally purchased $219.95 worth of a product called "Form XT" which is supplied by a manufacturer called "Jacked Factory". It's a great product in my opinion. I could not find it any longer on the web including from the original supplier so I was happy to see it "In Stock" on GoSupps website. I paid for DHL Express shipping which is 5-10 days anywhere in the world. After several days had passed I noticed that my order had not even shipped. Growing concerned that there may be an issue I contacted the company. This is the email exchange that followed "I spent $220 american on your website last week, and I'm becoming concerned because I paid for express shipping (5-10 days) and my order has not even shipped yet. Assuming there's no issues, when can I expect my package to be shipped? I would prefer my first transaction with this company not end in a 1 star review on trust pilot, thanks." "Thanks for contacting us. No need to be concerned dear, your order is currently under processing and it's expected to be shipped within 2-3 days and it doesn't usually take more that a couple of days for DHL to deliver it so hopefully you will receive it before even reaching 10 days from your order confirmation date, there are no issues at all, noting that the long preparation time is mainly because we have multiple warehouses across the states and some items might be provided from distant warehouses but we always do the needful to deliver orders in time, also since you mentioned TrustPilot, a little tour on our profile there can give you an idea about the authenticity of our products and services so you can rest assured that we always do the needful to achieve our 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Thanks for your patience and understanding 🌹 Until next time, have a great day!" "Thank you for explaining the process, this addresses the concerns I had. Have a great day" How ironic I already had mentioned a 1 star review on trust pilot. That was more in dark humor than it was serious, but here we are. Of course, nothing came so I became suspicious the manufacturer had discontinued the product since it had been unavailable for a while. I did reach out to the company and they confirmed that they do not make the product any longer. At some point I did eventually receive a refund, with GoSupps falsely claiming the supplier was "late" in fulfilling the order. Two things are wrong with that statement. Blaming the supplier means you never had it in stock and second the supplier does not make the product you are selling, I checked. Unfortunately, when I checked my bank account I was missing almost $16 so I complained to them about that. They told me the only way they could reimburse my loss was if I gave them the following banking information: Bank Name: Account name: Account number Swift code: IBAN number: I was advised by my financial institutions that I bank with that giving this information out over email - especially to someone I do not trust - was highly inadvisable since that information could be used to forge cheques in my name or be sold to scammers who could do like-wise. GoSupps said they were very concerned about my negative experience and were more than happy to send me the money I was out, however when I suggested they just e-transfer me the money, a secure method that doesn't involve giving them sensitive information they lost interest completely. This raises a red flag in my own mind. Why is it only possible to fully compensate me if I give them my private banking info? This is not the only part that disturbed me. When I raised the fact that they do not have the product I ordered because it was discontinued, I got this response.. They said they had a legitimate supplier for the product but that they never mentioned any details about who the supplier was, when in fact it says so right on their website, and the supplier IS the manufacturer. After all this they are STILL marketing Form XT on their website as "In Stock". I made a shopping cart and was able to add $3,000 worth of the product! Their terms of use policy says "THE USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK". I bet most people never read that before buying. Imagine putting that on the front page of your storefront.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

The staff at GoSupps is both extremely quick to respond to questions but also extremely efficient in dealing with customer concerns. Good customer service is so important and has unfortunately become a rarity with so many companies, so it is refreshing to find a company that really cares.

(Solved) Delivery was twice more expensive than…

Initial feedback 8 Apr 2024 (was 3 stars) Delivery was twice more expensive than initial delivery cost, somehow I had to pay 20€ delivery cost and 21€ import tax for a 35€ facial cream. Weird. Order #2500173782 Update 25 April (updated to 5 start) I was contacted by GoSupps and after a discussion they offered to cover all extra delivery costs which seems came from DHL actually. It is still not clear a reason for these fees and I’m going to investigate with DHL. Back to GoSupps I can say now it is nice that company tries to help you in a such situations and not let you do anything on your own, they are trying to help and it is very important that you have this support. Many thanks for such a great customer service!
