I would give a 5 star to ANESS the efficient kind agent who dealt with my call but I will give a lower rating to the fact I had to wait over 18 min twice by selecting that I was a current customer . Frustration led me to call a third time as a new client and my call was picked up within 20 sec! . It is difficult to find anyone speaking to you once you are a client . Apart of that the system works and I was a happy customer for many years . No one is perfect !

It’s rip off service

It’s rip off service , They offer different quotation and when you receive the bill is twice the amount . I am having two line worth £32.95 but when I receive the bill is £63 , I spoke to customer service many times but they said problem resolved but again bill amount stays the same .

Complete waste of time

Complete waste of time, I've been waiting for my shop phone line for over 3 months, I've lost count the calls I've made to sort the problem out, no one knows what there doing, no phones you back "even though they promise every time" I'm currently paying two providers as I NEED my phone line for my business, the whole point of swapping providers was to save money, it's costing me DOUBLE the amount I was initially paying, absolutely disgusting treatment wish I'd never been suckered in to there bull AVOID
