Hopeful of success this time!

Agent was very helpful and patient and spent a good amount of time helping me acheive what i wanted . He ran a few checks and guided me through routines to correct problems and i now hope to have a great improvement on the phone system and its features . Time will tell!! Thanks to agent who helped me although I did not get his name unfortuneately

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company, have been sold a business service in November 2023 for phone line and broadband and we are now February and am still waiting for the phones to arrive, our business line is not receiving incoming or outgoing calls all down to the initial sales person putting our phone supplier in the system incorrectly. Have to sit on hold on my personal mobile for a minimum of 45 mins every day as no one ever calls me back. Sick to the back teeth and have an impact on our business.
