I was quoted $330 freight shipping for a control arm, which cost $280, weighs 25 pounds, and fits in a one foot cube. I called to confirm and I was told to buy it or not. I went on to find the part for the same price with $50 shipping (a very reasonable amount for the part) from a different vendor. Fix your shipping quotes and you’ll win more business.

I ordered and received a seat belt extender. Had it one day and found that it wouldn't fit. Sent photos of the packaging, part and labels as required to get an RMA. They denied the RMA. What a ripoff! They can ship you the wrong parts and you are stuck with them. No recourse.
