I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. I ordered a car part based on the description and images on their website, only to receive a completely different item. When I reached out, they admitted that the listing was inaccurate and didn’t represent the actual part they shipped. I expected them to make it right by refunding both the restocking fee and shipping costs, but they refused. I ended up paying for their mistake, which is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend buying from them—beware of misleading listings and poor customer service if something goes wrong.
