I purchased a seat buckle replacement part from them. I entered the information correctly, and waited for 2 weeks for the part to be in stock and delivered. Took it to have it changed. To find it's NOT the correct part. Order says part is for 2008 through 20013 models. My car is 2012 model. The plug DOES NOT fit. If we install it now, the air bag will NOT work because it's the wrong part that is sent! Very UNSAFE! I tried calling them and after waiting for 20 minutes on hold, system hanged up the phone on me. I sent an email, and no one replied. I sent a chat and no one replied. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will be rejecting my credit card charges since I can't even contact them.

Terrible customer service. Website verified the ordered part would fit my vehicle. It did not. Mechanic opened the box to find the part was not the correct part. The part was in new condition and only needed to be exchanged for the correct part, which was available at the dealership who ToyotaPartsDeal.com used in this transaction. Over a month of communication trying to get the correct part exchanged. Dealership willing to exchange, however ToyotaPartsDeal.com would offer no assistance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a part from website. Pictured there for part I needed. They sent wrong part. Sent it back, minus restocking fee while placing order for the part under a new number they themselves provided for me, showing the part on website. They sent me the wrong part again. It has been several weeks now of holdup while I wait for them to get me the part I saw on their page and paid twice for, and my mechanic date is in 3 days and it's sat now and they are closed. Very frustrated.

Ordered a seat belt buckle from the website , listing the vehicle particulars but not the vin. The electrical connection did not fit even though the website showed it to be the correct part and they refused the return citing their return policy of not accepting seat belt components and electrical components. This is a really restrictive, harsh policy for an unused part.

Scam company look them up buyer beware ! They send wrong parts and refuse to refund even thought their website says exact fit
