Don't trust this company! I ordered a pump assembly for $1687.00, received only a pump (a $500 part at the most). They won't allow me to return the item and I can't even get a partial refund. I ordered the entire3 assembly from my local Toyota dealer for $1510. They are impossible to communicate with, and if you check the website, every review is false-there is no place to leave a review!

They sent me the wrong part after going trough their car compatibility shit and charged me $70 and when I asked for a refund it took 3 months and I only got back $15 after sending the part back, these people are 100% a scam operation DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Absolutely awful. Made something that should have been a straight forward and simple order into an overcomplicated mess. Bad images on their site, inaccurate stock levels, and they continue to allow you to add discontinued parts into your cart, which makes a headache of a mess down the road. Ended up cancelling my order (as they suggested). They wanted me to restart my order but instead I went elsewhere and had a much more simple and straight forward experience.

I had a terrible experience with ToyotaPartsDeal.com and cannot recommend them. I ordered parts that were supposed to be compatible with my 2004 Tacoma, but they were clearly incorrect. One part was missing key details (76625-04080 without "4WD" lettering), and another (33542-35140-C0 shift knob) was the wrong color entirely, not even offered for my vehicle model. When I contacted their customer service, they refused to take responsibility and insisted I pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. This was despite the fact that their site provided inaccurate compatibility information. They were unwilling to offer any reasonable resolution, leaving me stuck with unusable parts. Their return policy is unfair and punishes customers for their mistakes. Save yourself the headache—shop elsewhere for reliable parts and customer service.

worst customer service ever, sent wrong part, won't send correct part or take back the wrong part they sent or issue a refund, also overcharged for shipping...stay away from these clowns.

The worst place to order from ! I ordered coil springs for my 16 TRD PRO 4Runner , when they came in they did not fit . So I called to get RMA to return and was told I would be charge 20% restocking fee and have to pay to ship back. I was upset and called to ask why they said they needed to review with my vin # that the part was order correctly and would fit . Finally got word back that is does fit when in reality it does not and they would still be charging me the stocking fee and shipping. Makes no sense when even they’re specialists said it should fit but does not. Will never order from here again be careful even if it says it will fit it may not and you will be left paying for it . The return manager lady was very rude and would not over turn these fees even when knowing that is was not right

I have purchased parts for Tacoma, Prius, Corolla through this vendor. All parts appear to be genuine and far lower priced than through dealer. They did send me two wrong stabilizer links, and only refunded 60% of the sale price. If I ordered the wrong parts I can see that; but when you buy and their catalog provided the wrong part numbers that is on them and no re-stocking fee should be charged.
