their website says "this part fits your car". It did not and they refused to take it back because "the package was opened". I found numerous other people posted online that they had the same experience. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. GO ELSEWHERE!!! Furthermore, I would not believe the good reviews written for this company. If you want the true picture look at the reviews for the company that owns toyotapartsdeal.com. It's called "Original Parts Source Inc." Every review on Google is one star and extremely negative.

Simple transaction. They had what I needed, I paid for it, they shipped it promptly, it fit, and I was very happy.

I attempted to order a part from this site twice. On both occasions I did not receive any confirmation of order email and my card has been debited. I ask for help via live chat and attempt to call number on website but to no avail. I'm starting to believe this site is fake and a scam! Please beware!

I’m so glad to have stumbled upon ToyotaPartsDeal. Needed a part (door check) for my Tundra’s dr side fr door and nobody had any in stock, all on backorder. I tried all local dealerships, online parts dealers and local parts stores and that’s when I found these folks and they had what I needed . If you’re looking for OEM but refuse to pay the outrageously high prices they’re asking at your local Toyota dealers well you found your new parts place! Really competitive prices, easy website to navigate and shipping was all good as well. I suppose when you only sell online you have so much less overhead than a brick-n-mortar shop does that you can sell for less. Give em a look and do a bit of price comparison. I, for one, always prefer to get my auto parts from the same place for obvious reasons. I hope everyone will be as pleased as I am. GRADE ~A+

I ordered a pack of bolts on December 1st. What I received is clearly different than the photo shown on the web page. Reached out to support, and sent them several pictures. Heard back today, they claim it is the correct part and it can't be refunded because the order was under $8. Convenient! Apparently, I won't be getting any kind of replacement either. I'm out a total of $20, that's right shipping was $13.22 (Nearly double the price of the parts which is $7.40), and I need to find another seller because I STILL DON'T HAVE THE CORRECT PART. Very frustrating experience, I don't plan on buying from them again.

UPS took one month to get to my home in KY. I suggest you change to FedEx.

Buyer Beware! I ordered a center brake light from this company and even though their website told me the part was correct based upon my VIN, it was not the correct part. Because I was 10 days outside of the RMA window of 30 days, they won't accept the return even though the part is in original packaging and their website confirmed the correct part number. I guess I'll use it as a paper weight since it won't fit my car and they won't take it back...

I ordered the wrong part, my bad. I can pay the return shipping, no problem. Only thing is, this company won't take the part back because the package was opened. That is completely weak! Do not use this company!!!
