I ordered two CV axles and a clock spring for my 2011 Tacoma. Whoever packed the order removed the clock spring from the original box and placed it at the end of one of the axles and placed the folded box in the package with the other axle. When the axle shifted during shipping it broke the clock spring. I submitted an RMA request and was denied saying the shipment was signed for and there was nothing that could be done to resolve the issue so I’m out over 200.00 for a clock spring and was just brushed off. All I want is a new clock spring or my money returned. This is the WORSE customer service I’ve ever encountered!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS!!!!
