I dislike the fact that when purchasing a part, other parts, that are required are not included, nor is there anything directing a purchaser to to "other" required parts. Because of this, the customer often ends up with "parts" that cannot be used because "other" required parts are missing/must be ordered.

I ordered parts and they arrived. Could have been faster for the delivery type and method.
