Item came in dirty and rough condition specifically the oem Toyota widow decal, installation decal doesn’t lay flat perfectly due to old dusty pocketed adhesive very old stock wherever it came from. I don’t recommend. Shipping speed was quick but shipping cost insane, pretty big rip off on freight.

I ordered a console cover no pics and terrible description I rolled the dice it was so terrible I thought I was ordering a black cover and got a grey one..OK no big deal I'll just send it back and get the right one...nope had to pay $30 to send it back and then they charged me a restocking fee of $50!!!...terrible way to treat your customers when you have a terrible site that isn't helpful....I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone!!!

I am so impressed that you cross referenced my VIN with the part number I ordered and got me the updated version. My local dealer was stumped. Thank you guys.

Had a terrible experiences them. On their website says parts delivered from 1 to 3 days. Which is a complete lie. What they don't tell you, is that it takes them 4 days to process your order not including weekends, then 3-7 days for shipping. So your are down 7-10 days already, then I got an email saying my part shipped and it well be delivered a week from now. So in total about 14 days. They refused to help me and the 3 employees I spoke there with included a supervisor, didn't care and did not even offered compensation or anything. They stated also that a return is not guaranteed neither. Bunch of crooks! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Easy to find my part for my (a door handle). Easy shopping and buying. Shipping was crazy fast (just a few days to Hawaii). Part was as expected.
